Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the VoiceMD mobile application and the voicemdpro.com website (the "Service") operated by BoltStrike, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. User Eligibility

The Service is intended solely for use by licensed medical practitioners. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed medical professional in good standing in your jurisdiction and that you will use the Service in a manner consistent with your professional and legal obligations, including HIPAA.

2. Subscriptions and Cancellations

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You may choose between a month-to-month or an annual subscription plan.

• Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month.
• Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans are billed in advance for a one-year period. You may cancel your annual subscription for a full refund within the first seven (7) days of your initial purchase. After this 7-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel the auto-renewal for the following year.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for a high degree of accuracy, the Service is powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and may be subject to errors, misinterpretations, or inaccuracies.

• User Responsibility: You, as a licensed medical practitioner, are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all clinical notes and other content generated by the Service before including it in any patient records or making any clinical decisions based upon it.
• No Liability for Inaccuracies: BoltStrike, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, and agents are not responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content generated by the Service, or for any reliance on such content. You agree to use the Service with caution and to exercise your professional judgment at all times.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall BoltStrike, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BoltStrike, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
